You can use this option to export the fur to a mesh or a SkinnedMesh. This option will not support wind and motion and all the other features of the FurRenderer. Can be useful for creating small grass patches or bushes or if you need to use a SkinnedMeshRenderer instead of a FurRenderer.

Export to older Unity version

If you're not quite ready to switch over to Unity 2021.2, there are ways to export meshes to older Unity Versions. This feature is not officially supported so it may or may not work for your specific use case. The video below demonstrates how it can be done.
